END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

YOUR LICENSE
Burwen Technology, owner of the software, hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and
use the software on five different computers located in a single building or residence. If four computers are
in your residence the fifth computer may be located at your office.
YOU MAY NOT:
1. Pass any copy of this software to anyone else unless you terminate all use, remove installations,
and assign it, without violating U. S. Laws, to another entity or person who accepts this agreement.
2. Use this software for broadcast, Internet, downloading, or server use, or post it where access by
others is possible.
3. Try to or obtain any part of the source code, or modify or translate any part, or duplicate the
processing.
4. Use this software to help violate copyright or intellectual property rights of others.
5. Use this software for purposes that are libelous, defamatory, slanderous, or illegal.
COMMERCIAL USE
1. You may make and sell up to 1000 total copies of recorded media for each completely different set
of tracks using AUDIO SPLENDOR (including BURWEN BOBCAT) processing. Each product must
display a Burwen Technology supplied BURWEN BOBCAT logo to indicate Burwen processing.
2. If you wish to sell more than 1000 total copies of the recorded media you must first agree to a
separate license agreement with Burwen Technology, Inc. requiring payment of an agreed upon
royalty on sales above 1000 total copies. Each product must display a Burwen Technology, Inc.
supplied BURWEN BOBCAT logo to indicate Burwen processing.
3. For rights to other commercial uses contact Burwen Technology, Inc.
4. If you will process audio via AUDIO SPLENDOR or BURWEN BOBCAT for a client it is your duty to
first notify your client of these requirements.
6 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY
All sales of AUDIO SPLENDOR are final. Successful use of AUDIO SPLENDOR requires your meeting
minimum system requirements for both hardware and software. In the event of your dissatisfaction with
AUDIO SPLENDOR software, Burwen Technology’s entire liability shall be, at its option, to replace the
software. Please provide a copy of your invoice.
Burwen Technology shall not be liable for consequential damages, including damage to your computer or
files, due to your use of or inability to use Burwen software.
